Join an engineering team building and maintaining a large job-search platform that uses a matching algorithm to connect employers with the candidates who fit their roles best.

What you’ll do

• Write effective, scalable Python code
• Build back-end components that improve responsiveness and performance
• Integrate user-facing elements into the application
• Test, debug and improve existing systems
• Implement security and data protection solutions
• Assess and prioritize feature requests
• Work with internal teams to turn user requirements into technical solutions

What you bring

• 5+ years of programming experience in Python
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Good English for participating in meetings

Nice to have

• Django
• Redis, queueing, Postgres and Docker
• JavaScript (React), Sentry and HTMX
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
