Great strategy means little if the organization can’t deliver it. As COO, you’ll be the person who makes sure it does.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and take ownership of how this international product company runs: how it ships, how it scales and how it spends. This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. The mandate is to build the operating model for the company’s next stage of growth.
What you’ll do
- Delivery. Make product and engineering releases predictable and high-quality, aligned with business goals, roadmaps and SLAs.
- Execution. Turn strategy into clear plans, and hold teams to high standards across every function.
- Scale. Build the processes, governance and systems the business needs next, and lead senior hiring as teams and offices expand.
- Resources. Decide where people and budget go, and balance ambitious growth with financial discipline.
- Commercial impact. Work with fellow C-level leaders so that operations enable revenue growth rather than limit it.
- Risk. Keep operations aligned with legal and compliance requirements, and support key contract negotiations.
What you bring
- Experience as a COO or in a comparable senior leadership role at a product technology company
- A record of leading complex, cross-functional organizations of 200+ people
- Real credibility on product and engineering delivery; a technical background is a strong plus
- Experience scaling a company and building structure where it didn’t exist
- An owner’s mindset: you look past your function to what the business needs
- Fluent English and willingness to travel when needed
