This policy explains how AB TALENT handles personal data of visitors to abtalent.co and people who contact us through this website. If you apply for a position, our Candidate Privacy Notice applies to your application.

AB TALENT is a recruitment agency operated by Alexandra Garshina, conducting business as JDG Alexandra Garshina AB Talent, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Alexandra Garshina is the data controller.

2. What Data We Collect

Contact form. When you use our form, we receive your name, email address, selected subject and message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Technical data. When you visit the website, our hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, as is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure.

3. How and Why We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you: our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR
  • To operate and secure the website: our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights: Articles 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) GDPR

We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share data only where necessary, with:

  • Our website hosting provider
  • Our email service provider, as messages from the contact form are delivered by email
  • Professional advisers or public authorities where legally necessary

This website links to third-party services, such as LinkedIn, Telegram and Tally. If you use them, they process your data under their own privacy policies.

5. International Data Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure that an appropriate legal transfer mechanism is in place, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep contact form messages for up to 12 months after our last communication, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing relationship, a legal obligation or a legal claim.

CVs and application data are kept for up to 3 years, as described in our Candidate Privacy Notice.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Technical cookies may be set when administrators log in to manage the website. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

Subject to applicable legal requirements, you have the right to:
